You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions:
- 🛍️ Item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

🚨 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us right away so we can correct the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:

🔄 Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
🇪🇺 EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re a customer based in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days without any reason. The item must meet our return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
